At Roj-Roj, we serve delicious, nutritious meals designed to full-fill daily nutritional need of everyone. A complete meal must have

  • 10-30% calories from Protein,

  • 45-65% calories from carbohydrates, and

  • 25-35% calories from fat.

About Roj-Roj

Our food chain is dedicated to providing wholesome, healthy food options that cater to your daily dietary needs and enhance your well-being.

A healthy diet includes a variety of foods from the five main food groups:

  • Fruits and vegetables: Eat at least five portions of a variety of fruits and vegetables per day. A portion is 80g of fresh, canned, or frozen fruit or vegetables, or 30g of dried fruit. You can also count a 150ml glass of fruit juice, vegetable juice, or smoothie as one portion, but limit yourself to one glass per day.

  • Whole grains: Choose whole grains like whole-wheat bread, whole-grain pasta, and brown rice. Limit refined grains like white rice and white bread.

  • Protein: Eat fish, poultry, beans, and nuts. Limit red meat and cheese.

  • Dairy: Limit milk and dairy to 1-2 servings per day. Choose reduced fat options.

  • Healthy fats: Choose unsaturated oils and spreads, like olive and canola oil. Limit butter and avoid trans fat.
